Tool maintenance and servicing is another element for which DT Industries can offer as an independent service. Whatever your needs, be it budget or timescale, we can deliver the optimum solution. Fitting hot tips, improving cooling channels, polishing, cosmetic welding, re-bedding and venting - these are just some of the many ways we can give new life to existing tools, up to a maximum weight of 5 Tonnes.

Typically when the commercial pressure is to minimise cost and improve efficiency, DT Industries can alleviated the expense of sourcing new tools, to keep costs down, by offering a complete tool refurbishment and modification service, which with our vast experience can be tooled to either a specific budget and/or manufacturing process requirement. At DT Industries we are happy to simply generate a tooling report or carry out anything from minor design alterations through to major product changes.
