DT Industries primary objective is to provide products or services that are of a quality, which meets the requirements of our Customers and fulfils their quality expectations, ultimately gaining our Customers satisfaction and trust.
DT Industries generally uses generic Quality Control Documentation for the majority of its operations and may use individual Quality Plans for specific contracts. DT Industries Quality Procedures have been developed and are contained in the Quality Systems Manual, to define actions taken within the Company to achieve customer satisfaction and prevent delivery of unacceptable product.
DT Industries procedures additionally identify the methods used within the Company to measure its own performance.
Approvals
DT Industries has been formally approved and operates a quality control system, in compliance with the requirements of IS0 9001 : 2008. Furthermore DT Industries is an equal opportunities employer ensuring all employment requirements and associated legislation is strictly adhered to. All its staff and employees are fully trained in the necessary disciplines essential to ensure that tasks are undertaken safely in an environment congenial to good working practices.
Suppliers
DT Industries as part of its full accreditation in compliance with ISO9001:2008, undertakes external audits on all primary and key suppliers, monitoring performance and quality against target.
Clients / Customers Test Rigs, Jigs & Fixtures
DT Industries within an in-house atmospherically controlled environmental test facility retains all Clients Test Rigs, Jigs and Fixtures whether owned by our Clients or specifically by ourselves to prove accuracy and performance. Such Test Rigs, Jigs and Fixture as subjected to regular review, maintenance and where reading instrumentation is incorporated, duly calibrated to a standard, generally by external services.
Where such Test Rigs, Jigs and Fixtures are more complex as is the operation, instruction and/or guidance manuals to their operation are also written, retained and provided when in use.
All Test Rigs, Jigs and Fixtures are all clearly identified with key information regarding Client, application, use and specific critical criteria.
