DT Industries during the process of its more complex operations and assemblies frequently requires and procures proprietary parts, both locally and internationally. Such proprietary part purchases, which are fully documented in compliance with the Quality System are always sourced either specifically to Clients requirements if detailed or by competitive and managed negotiation.

DT Industries primarily work to a policy of lowest "True Cost" or "Cost of Ownership" considering all elements which include security of supply, price, quality, and turnaround and any consequence to the manufacturing cycle or overall programme.

Whether by Client demand, legislation or piece of mind, DT Industries will always ensure the correct proprietary parts are sourced, requesting where necessary samples, specific test results or certification of compliance, which are always checked prior to release from store into production. Ensuring that all such proprietary parts are fully traceable and supplement any performance or warrantee provided to our Clients.
