DT Industries Aquisition of Mould-IT Limited

April 2010

DT Industries is pleased to announce that on the 5th February 2010 it has acquired the business name, brands and certain key assets relating to the UK manufacturing operations of Mould-It Limited. Customers should expect business as usual going forward.

Until recently, Mould-It manufactured its range of buckets, trugs and related pet and leisure products. The majority of the moulding machinery and all the mould tools have now been relocated to DT Industries.

As part of the acquisition, DT Industries has re-newed its strategic alliance with Berdal BV under which Berdal markets and distributes the range throughout the Benelux and Germany.

Welcoming the news, Damian Mason, Managing Director of DT Industries Limited said, "We have been a precision toolmaker and sub-contract injection moulder for many years and our customers have always been very satisfied with our high quality. We are delighted that we are now able to offer our own range of products both into these new markets, but further potentially service existing clients with proprietary products, in-line with our proven business model which prides itself on quality, innovation and market leadership."
