Assembly & Testing

DT Industries has the capability to perform any assembly operations that our Clients may require, in both ferrous, non-ferrous and plastics or combinations of all, DT Industries because of its skills and equipment available in our tool room, can fabricate and machine any special jigs required to aid or automate any assembly or finishing process.

DT Industries can offer assembly either as a post-moulding or in-cycle moulding operation, we are also more than happy to undertake specialised assembly as stand alone operations for our Clients, procuring bought-in proprietary parts as necessary.

DT Industries will undertake both traditional assembly together with more complex operations involving press work, heat or nitrogen shrinking.

DT Industries will also undertake inspection and testing of such assemblies, whether purely dimensional, potentially utilizing our CMM facilities, destructive or non-destructive, by ultrasonics, die-penetrant, pressure, inspection jig test or functional testing under operational conditions, for which we have numerous examples
